SMU left guard Nick Natour will be a game-time decision for Friday's game against Tulsa, head coach Chad Morris said on the American Conference coaches call Monday.
Natour injured his left knee in the first half of Saturday's 31-28 win over Cincinnati and did not return. He had a brace on the knee and crutches after the game.
SMU expects to have two players back on Saturday, however. Safety and kick returner Kevin Johnson is expected to return against Tulsa, Morris said. The sophomore was able to practice Sunday. Then left tackle Jacob Todora is also expected to return after a leg injury suffered against Arkansas State kept him out of the last three games.
