Key spring issue No. 4: How will Mustangs improve their pass defense after losing top cornerback?
Last season, SMU ranked ninth in the American Athletic Conference in defensive passing efficiency. For a defense that arguably made strides in every other area, this was the glaring deficiency. If the Mustangs want to have a defense that places in the top half of the AAC, the group needs some TLC.
