UNIVERSITY PARK -- Asked after SMU's 41-38 win over Tulane about a report of his interest in the job opening at Ole Miss, SMU head coach Chad Morris did not offer an outright denial, instead reaffirming his dedication to his players.
"I figured all this stuff was going to start turning into play now. That's the way this business works," Morris said. "You know what, this is all about these kids. This is all about SMU. I'm 100 percent dedicated right here to these young men and this university. I'm just really proud of our kids."
Gridiron Now's Brad Logan reported on Friday that sources told him that Morris "wants the job" at Ole Miss.
