FanRagSports.com's Jon Rothstein recently released a list of 20 potential impact transfers in college basketball this season. SMU guard Jimmy Whitt came in on Rothstein's list.
The national analyst thinks that Whitt will be one of the better playmakers in the American Conference from the get-go.
"This pass-first point guard will allow Shake Milton to move off the ball next season and will undoubtedly be the Ponies' starting floor general from the first day of practice," Rothstein wrote. "The 6-3 Whitt played over 17 minutes each time he took the floor two seasons ago at Arkansas and should instantly be one of the better playmakers in the American Conference.
