SMU's basketball roster went through a major overhaul this offseason. Gone are Semi Ojeleye, Sterling Brown and Ben Moore to the professional game. The entire 2016 high school recruiting class has transferred. Only three players remain from the team that went 30-5 and lost to USC in the first round of the NCAA tournament.
Now there is a collection of new faces. Arkansas transfer Jimmy Whitt is ready to play after his redshirt season. Georgetown grad transfer Akoy Agau reinforces the paint. And then there are four freshmen on scholarship trying to adjust to the college game.
