College football season formally "kicks off" in the area with the AdvoCare Classic at AT&T Stadium. This year's matchup pits the Auburn Tigers up against the Oregon Ducks in a rematch of the 2011 BCS Championship Game. And while that matchup is even more intriguing with the announcement that Oregon QB Justin Herbert -- who could have been the No. 1 overall pick in this spring's NFL draft -- will return for his senior year, the kick off to the season is just the start of a non-conference slate loaded with intriguing matchups involving local schools.
