Seton Hall has a chance to punctuate a turnaround season with a Big East title.
The Pirates, who went 16-15 last season, will face top-seeded Villanova in the Big East Tournament championship game on Saturday at 5:30 p.m. at Madison Square Garden. Seton Hall advanced to the finals with an impressive 87-83 win over Xavier in Friday's semifinals.
This will be Seton Hall's first appearance in the Big East championship since 1993, when it won its second conference title in program history. The young Pirates aren't satisfied with simply reaching the finals.
