With the regular season complete, the Big East announced Wednesday afternoon that Tabatha Richardson-Smith was unanimously selected to the All-Big East First Team, while fellow Seton Hall players Aleesha Powell and Shakena Richardson were recognized with All-Big East Honorable Mention honors.
After being named to the All-Big East Second Team in both her sophomore and junior seasons, Richardson-Smith was named to the First Team as a senior. The three-time Big East Player of the Week and four-time Weekly Honor Roll member led Seton Hall and the Big East with 21.7 points per game in conference play, and is SHU’s first Big East scoring champion in program history.
