The Seton Hall softball team swept the Saint Peter’s Peacocks in a double-header on Tuesday evening to win a third straight game.
In Game 1, the Pirates got off to a slow start offensively, leaving two runners in scoring position in the first and being sat down in order in the bottom of the second, but exploded in the bottom of the third.
The Hall added five runs in the bottom of the third, with three of them coming off the bat of junior left fielder Noel Lent, who lifted her third home run of the season over the left-field fence.
