The Seton Hall women’s basketball team broke a three-game losing and concluded a three-game road trip with an 83-75 win over Georgetown on Sunday at McDonough Arena in Washington, D.C.
The Pirates were fueled by strong offensive performances from senior Tabatha Richardson-Smith, who had 29 points as well as eight rebounds, and graduate senior Shakenna Richardson, who tallied 20 points to go along with six rebounds and six assists. Seton Hall was able to maintain the lead from 7:44 in the second quarter on, and never let the Hoyas get on a large run to put the win in jeopardy.
