The Seton Hall men’s soccer team completed a crucial come-from-behind victory, 2-1, on the road against Butler University on Wednesday night.
The Pirates, though victorious, were playing from behind for almost the entirety of the first half of play. In the 4th minute, Butler found the back of the net and held the lead until the break.
The Pirates wasted no time in the second half, though, as CJ Tibbling struck gold for the first time in nearly a month to even the score at 1-1 only 21 seconds in. The goal was Tibbling’s fifth of the year and his third in Big East play.
