The Seton Hall men’s soccer team lost, 1-0, to Creighton University on Saturday night in its toughest matchup of the season yet. The Bluejays entered tonight’s game as the ninth-ranked team in the country and were on a five-game winning streak.

From the beginning of the match, it was clear that Creighton had the advantage, however Seton Hall did back down.

The most notable moment for Seton Hall in the first half came in the 30th minute, as Corey Burkhardt picked up a yellow card. The half ended in a scoreless tie, but Bluejays had attempted 11 shots on goal as opposed to the Pirates’ zero attempts.
