Two days later, Seton Hall took care of NJIT, 82-53.
Those wins bumped the Pirates to a 4-0 record this season.
And those wins helped bump Seton Hall to No. 20 in the latest AP Top 25 poll.
The Pirates were No. 23 in the preseason poll, and moved up to No. 22 after winning their first two games of the season.
Duke proved on a national stage at the Champions Classic last week why so many voters had the Blue Devils atop their Top 25 ballot before the season began.
