With critics howling, Georgia looks to 'ignore the noise'

ATHENS, Ga. – On the heels of a crushing 27-3 loss to Florida that eliminated Georgia from the SEC championship race, Mark Richt was about as business-as-usual as you could get. Georgia's coach even filled every bit of seven minutes and eight seconds with the most ridiculously detailed scouting report of Kentucky's football team you'll get.

It all seemed oddly normal for someone who had to be hurting from yet another missed opportunity for what seemed like a free trip to Atlanta just months earlier.

Then, reality set in, thanks to two questions. One dealt with how the 55-year-old coach rationalizes such a disappointing, three-loss season.
