The top-ranked Kentucky Wildcats suffered a huge blow during their game against the South Florida Bulls on Friday, as star point guard Tyler Ulis left the court after suffering an elbow injury.

Ulis Has Hyperextended Elbow

According to ESPN College Basketball on Twitter, Ulis hyperextended his right elbow and will not return to the game.
The injury appeared to occur late in the first half when Ulis was diving for the ball and his arm moved in the wrong direction. It looked like a potentially serious injury, so the Wildcats can breathe a sigh of relief.
