TaxSlayer Bowl: Terry Godwin's Versatility Gives Georgia Fans Hope in 2016

The Georgia offense struggled for the majority of the year thanks to an unstable quarterback situation, the injury to stud running back Nick Chubb and an inconsistent offensive line.

There were a few bright spots who emerged, though, and one of those shined bright on Saturday afternoon in the 24-17 TaxSlayer Bowl win over Penn State.

Wide receiver Terry Godwin closed out his freshman campaign with a sizzling performance at EverBank Field in Jacksonville, catching four passes for 34 yards and a touchdown, throwing a 44-yard touchdown pass to Malcolm Mitchell in the second quarter and returning a kickoff for 27 yards.
