Now that spring practice has officially started in the SEC, we figured we would take a page out of the Big Ten blog's book and look at each SEC program to determine the exact state of each by using recent performance, win-loss trends, coaching and current and future personnel as indicators.

2015 record: 10-3 (6-2 SEC)
Three-year record: 27-12
Coaching situation: Talk about a solid foundation. The Rebels have had very little coaching turnover since Hugh Freeze arrived in 2012. Not only has Freeze completely turned a mostly below-average program into an SEC West contender, he and Nick Saban (who Freeze has beaten twice in a row) are the only SEC coaches to make back-to-back New Year’s Six bowls.
