ATHENS - Every now and then you have a conversation with an insider that makes you wonder what could have been - or what might be on the way.
I had that conversation (unexpectedly) on Wednesday when an insider, who would 100% know, mentioned that Sony Michel might be the best running back on the roster right now.
Wait - what? I mean this person would know for sure, but that’s a pretty crazy statement.
Nick Chubb… who very well could win the Heisman this fall and has tacklers bounce off of him like superballs hitting pavement… isn’t the best running back on the roster?
