SEC Football: Grading the 2016 Recruiting Class in the West

National Signing Day 2016 was every bit as exciting and dramatic as expected, especially in the SEC. How did the West fare amidst the chaos?

The dust has finally settled and National Signing Day 2016 has officially come to a close.

Now, it’s time to evaluate the classes in the Western half of the Southeastern Conference.

If the SEC West were a collegiate course, it would have earned a 3.34 GPA, collectively. That’s roughly a B+, folks. Not too shabby.

With that said, the West will undoubtedly be projected as the nation’s best in 2016 — and rightfully so as many of the top classes in the country are in that division.
