SEC Breaks Records on Road to Omaha, Now What?

Related Topics: Southeastern Conference

It is well documented that I believe that I believe the SEC is going to make some noise on the Road to Omaha, and the selection committee deemed 7 SEC teams worthy of participation. The SEC are sending 4 teams as national seeds: Florida, Texas A&M, Mississippi State and LSU. The 4 national seeds coming from 1 conference sets a record for most national seeds from a single conference in College World Series history.

Did I mention they set another record? The SEC has a record 7 teams serving as host sites, as Vanderbilt, South Carolina, and Ole Miss will be playing at home on their beginning to the Road to Omaha.
