Throughout the month of July 2023, which was a fairly quiet one on the recruiting trail, there were only two SEC basketball programs that landed at-least one commitment on the hardwood – the Ole Miss Rebels and the Vanderbilt Commodores. Beginning with Ole Miss, the Rebels landed the second commitment of their 2024 class during the month of July 2023 in 7-foot-1 center John Bol, who joins three-star shooting guard Jason Jackson.
