Missouri defensive coordinator Barry Odom was promoted to head coach on Thursday night. Several recruits, in the 2016 and 2017 classes, sounded off about their thoughts on the new head coach. Based on the reactions, it is pretty clear to see that the promotion of Odom should not hurt Missouri’s securing at all.
Three-star Missouri wide receiver commit, Christian Holmes, an Atlanta native, said his commitment to the Tigers is even stronger now.
“It was a great relief,” Holmes said of learning about Odom, “but hearing this was great. Now I can sit back and see who he keeps on the staff.
