MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Arkansas hasn’t quite reached the level head coach Bret Bielema is hoping to get to, but for the second straight season the Razorbacks finished on a high note, this time after last Saturday’s 45-23 win over Kansas State in the AutoZone Liberty Bowl.
“I’m excited,” Bielema said after the game. “I thought if we could win this baby and get to eight wins -- I know it’s not nine, 10, 11 or 12, where we want to be -- but it’s one step closer.”
What’s that mean for 2016? Arkansas is expected to lose some key members from this year’s team, but fans want to see the Razorbacks take that next step as a program.
