Don't be surprised if Ole Miss, not Alabama or LSU, wins the SEC West

AUBURN, Ala. – After Saturday’s win over Auburn, I asked Ole Miss coach Hugh Freeze if his players knew what was in front of them.

“They know exactly [what’s in front of them],” Freeze said. “I just told them. Arkansas Razorbacks at home, 2:30 p.m., next Saturday.”

That the answer I should’ve expected from a coach, but when you look at the bigger picture, the Rebels still control their own destiny in the SEC West. They are currently tied with Alabama, a team they beat earlier in the season, and the only team in front of them, LSU, they will play in two-and-a-half-weeks.
