Alabama went back to Georgia seven years later with an attitude as if they’d never left. Players danced in front of the Red Coat band during pre-game warmups, jawing and taunting the home team, and then backed it up by dominating Mark Richt’s Bulldogs so thoroughly that many fans headed home by halftime.
