Sounders health update: Oniel Fisher ruled out for Necaxa match

Despite only being a few weeks into the 2017 MLS season, the Seattle Sounders have already had to deal with a handful of injuries to first-team players. Brad Evans has yet to feature for the club this season after suffering a calf injury in training. Oniel Fisher had to be substituted off against the Red Bulls, thanks to a hamstring injury. Aaron Kovar hasn’t even trained since preseason after facing yet another injury layoff; an official release attributed Kovar’s absence to “groin surgery.” Jordan Morris had a minor ankle issue against the Red Bulls, but he is still being evaluated by US Soccer medical staff.
