For the second straight day, the Sounders have made a trade to acquire a player to add depth to the squad. This time Seattle made a trade for Will Bruin with the Houston Dynamo in exchange for general allocation money and targeted allocation money.
The six-year MLS veteran has spent his entire career with the Dynamo. In his six years there Bruin appeared in 178 games, with 152 of those being starts. He scored 50 goals for Houston and assisted on 20 others. He is second on Houston’s all-time goal scoring list.
At 27, Bruin should have quite a few more years left under his belt.
