In the last two seasons Seattle Sounders 2 signed three Cameroonian players each year. Their biggest success, Nouhou, earned a full MLS contract and was a major contributor to the repeat run to the MLS Cup Final. Rumor is now that S2 is expanding beyond Cameroon into Nigeria, targeting 23-year-old Usman Ibrahim.
A source tells Metro that Ibrahim Usman is in talks of joining the Seattle Sounders and likely their USL team.
