I’m not as worried about the slow start to the season as many are, but again the Sounders dug too big of a hole and fell 1-2 in Vancouver. Seattle has now gone down two goals to their opponent in three of their four road games this season, and that is a huge concern.
The chances were there for Seattle Sounders to put this one away throughout a dominant first 30 minutes, but the Sounders haven’t figured out how to get the ball in the net consistently, forcing them often to play from behind. Especially on the road, the Sounders aren’t getting that fortuitous call or lucky bounce.
