With the possibility of the Seattle Sounders being without the services of Ecuadorian international Xavier Arreaga for a month due to CONMEBOL World Cup Qualifying, they have reporotedly turned to an old friend for reinforcements for the 2020 MLS stretch run.
Center back Roman Torres is returning to Seattle. Inter Miami is sending Torres back to the Sounders for a protected first-round draft pick, sources tell @samstejskal and me. First-rounder in 2021 if the Sounders aren’t in first 19 picks. Second-rounder in ‘22 otherwise.
