It seems that the Sounders are in a three team race for one playoff spot with the San Jose Earthquakes and Portland Timbers. With the Sounders playing the Quakes, our biggest result to look for is Real Salt Lake to beat the Portland Timbers in Portland (Saturday 7:30 PM, MLS Live and Root Sports in the Northwest, get your dual screens ready).
In other matches, we are cheering for the Dynamo on Friday night at Sporting Kansas City and the Columbus Crew to effectively end the Vancouver Whitecaps season on Saturday (3 PM, MLS Live).
