Major League Soccer has nominated Seattle Sounders midfielder Gustav Svensson for Week 20’s AT&T MLS Goal of the Week.
Svensson scored the equalizer in the 74th minute last Wednesday with a perfect flick into the top corner, in the Sounders' historic 4-3 win against D.C. United.
The goal was Svensson's first as a Sounder and helped build momentum toward Cristian Roldan's game-winning goal in the second-half comeback that saw them bag four goals in 27 minutes.
