TACOMA, WASH. – Tacoma Defiance (3-13-5, 14 points) on Saturday fell to OKC Energy FC (7-7-8, 29 points) by a 2-0 margin at Cheney Stadium. Kyle Hyland and Atiba Harris each scored for Energy FC to help the club snap its three-game winless streak. Tacoma now has a week off before returning home for three of its next four contests.

Hyland’s goal came in the 77th minute on an assist from Je-Vaughn Watson to give Energy FC a 1-0 advantage. He blasted a shot with his left foot from outside the area that beat outstretched Tacoma goalkeeper Trey Muse to his left side.
