Match Recap: Seattle Sounders FC 2 close out their 2016 campaign with a 2-0 defeat at Swope Park Rangers

KANSAS CITY, MO – Seattle Sounders FC 2 fell to Swope Park Rangers 2-0 in their final match of 2016 after going down to 10-men in the 41st minute. Defender Nouhou Tolo was having a productive night until a Rangers break away forced him to foul the attacker from behind and draw the straight red card. The foul was ruled to have happened outside the area and no penalty was given.

Rangers opened in the scoring in the 12th minute when defender Amer Didic got his head to a back post corner and smashed it passed goalkeeper Charlie Lyon.
