Today, the Nats will travel to Kingstown, the capital of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, where they’ll play the hosts at National Cricket Stadium in a Friday afternoon World Cup qualifier.
Today, three million youths play soccer in the US, compared to 1.5 million in 1990. But more importantly, the youth leagues are providing more than workouts for preteens — they’re making it possible for young people to imagine playing for their hometowns.
