Lamar Neagle is coming home, again. The Seattle Sounders have acquired the Federal Way product in a trade with D.C. United on Monday. It’s the fourth time the Sounders have either signed or traded for Neagle, who has spent five of his eight MLS seasons in Seattle. This time, the Sounders will give up a fourth-round pick in the 2018 SuperDraft.

The 30-year-old is believed to be in the final year of the contract he signed before the 2015 season that pays him about $200,000 a year. At the time, he was coming off back-to-back successful seasons, in which he scored a total of 17 goals with 13 assists.
