What if America’s best athletes played soccer? It’s an eternal question. It has an answer. The now annual charity event run by Steve Zakuani continues to expand its player base. In 2017 it includes Oakland Raiders running back Marshawn Lynch (he also won a Super Bowl with the Seattle Seahawks) and six-time Pro Bowl receiver Chad Johnson (who also played an MLS Reserve League game with Sporting KC). Yes, those guys and Eddie Johnson are huge stars.
