After weeks of not so much as an update on his health, it appears Clint Dempsey may be progressing toward an eventual return to the Seattle Sounders. An eagle-eyed user on Reddit, austasbak, claims to have snapped this picture at Starfire on Tuesday.
Although there’s no way to confirm when this photo was taken, there’s no immediate reason to doubt the user’s claim, either.
Most notably, a Sounders official did not deny the possibility it was snapped on Tuesday, while not confirming its veracity either. Sounder at Heart has also learned the Sounders plan to give an update on Dempsey’s health as soon as Wednesday.
