Brad Evans will be available vs. Galaxy

When last we saw Brad Evans, he had moved over to right back and turned in a solid 45-minute shift in a losing effort against the Portland Timbers. The common thinking seemed to be that it was a signal of a potentially permanent move, as Roman Torres’ return to health was going to push Evans out of center back.

Of course, Evans hurt his back in training the following week and he’s now missed the last two games. Tyrone Mears, who was removed at halftime of that Timbers game, has started at right back in both of those games.
