Players and coaches continue to line up for a chance to participate in Zach Scott’s testimonial match on March 1 at Memorial Stadium.
The latest names to be added to the roster are Brad Evans and Osvaldo Alonso, who will serve as coaches. They are also the last two original MLS Sounders.
A testimonial match is common practice in English soccer to hold one last non-competitive match to honor a departing player that has spent many years with one club.
The roster will include players from every year of Scott’s career from 2002-2016. Among the names are Kasey Keller, Marcus Hahnemann, Cam Weaver and Roger Levesque.
