This is the time of the year when the days are the longest and hottest (at least for those of us in the Northern Hemisphere), and the football news cycle is at its slowest. The majority of the offseason is now in the rear view mirror, including free agency, the draft and offseason workouts. With OTAs having wrapped up recently, now is when fans must wait through the long slow doldrums that exist in the post-offseason lull of June and pre-training camp July.
