The Julio Jones saga came to an end Sunday, with the Tennessee Titans the winner. The Titans are acquiring the All Pro receiver from the Atlanta Falcons in exchange for a 2022 second round pick and a 2023 pick swap that will see the Titans send their fourth pick to Atlanta and receive back the Falcons’ sixth round pick.
Analysts and fans across the league have already had a lot to say about the trade, with many claiming that the Titans fleeced Atlanta. (Editor’s note: The analysts who say this are correct.)
Fans of the Seattle Seahawks have complained that the trade would have been possible for for the team, and that Pete Carroll and John Schneider could (and should) have offered more than what Tennessee paid.
