Chris Carson’s a beast in the mold of past blue-green beasts; Rashaad Penny is the Northwest’s latest man of mystery; Travis Homer has the freshest legs; and then there’s Prosise, who thrashes defenses when he plays, but unfortunately does not, actually, play.
