Tuesday marks the start of the Seattle Seahawks mandatory minicamp, the portion of the offseason when participation goes from voluntary to mandatory for players. That said, even though the offseason work is now mandatory for players, there is one significant name not expected to be on the field for the Hawks when they take the field.
It is, of course, still the offseason, and Jamal Adams would not be the first Seattle safety to skip mandatory minicamp by holding out for a new contract rather than playing out the final year of his contract.
