The Seahawks are expected to add former Kansas State quarterback Jake Waters on Tuesday while backup signal caller Tarvaris Jackson recovers from an injury suffered in Seattle’s preseason opener versus Denver.
Waters, 23, tried out with Seattle earlier this month. His signing was first reported on Twitter by NFL Draft Diamonds.
The 6-foot-1, 215-pounder went undrafted this spring after a stellar college career with the Wildcats, where he was a teammate of Seahawks third-round pick Tyler Lockett.
