The Seattle Seahawks are midway through their final week of training camp, and they got a couple of very important pieces on their defense back onto the field today. Seahawks fans can rest a bit easier now knowing that a pair of their stars have returned.
Richard Sherman returned to practice after missing three practices and the game against Denver. He had a minor hip flexor strain. Sherman was limited in team drills, but was a full participant in the rest of practice.
Earl Thomas was in pads and participating for the first time since being taken on the PUP list last week.
