The Seattle Seahawks are right where they want to be. After 16 games, the team is 13-3 and a victory away from taking the NFC West title and the top seed in the NFC. That, of course, means home-field advantage as long as Seattle remains in the postseason up until the Super Bowl.
But there is still work to do. Seattle's Week 18 opponent, the San Francisco 49ers, is battling for the same things Seattle is. With a win, the 49ers would also be the top seed in the NFC. This is nearly a miraculous situation for them since they have suffered so many key injuries this season.
