Seahawks Sign Former 49er. Not That One, Though.

The Seahawks made a couple more roster moves today. Although one of the newest Seahawks is indeed a former member of the San Francisco NFL franchise, he didn’t play quarterback. You can’t accuse me of throwing that name out there to suck you in.

Seahawks sign former 49er to backup – nope, not quarterback

No, the former 49er player is Marcus Cromartie. He got into 21 games for the 49ers over the past three season. He was cut by the Buffalo Bills about three weeks ago, after they added him in April. The San Diego Chargers originally signed Cromartie in 2013 as an undrafted free agent.
