Rookie cornerback Shaquill Griffin joins Seahawks Man 2 Man at the Seattle's team headquarters to discuss his love for old-school soul music, becoming a leader with Richard Sherman now sidelined and what it's like behind the scenes in the defensive back group.
Seattle selected Griffin with the 90th overall pick in the draft, with hopes that the Central Florida product could become a serviceable option at cornerback, particularity opposite Sherman.
It didn't take long for Griffin to exceed those expectations. He became a full-time starter at right cornerback by his fifth game, and now with Sherman on Injured Reserve due to a ruptured Achilles, the rookie will become the new premiere face in the cornerback group.
