Seahawks' Richard Sherman locks out local media... again

RENTON -- Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman declined interview requests from local media members ahead of Seattle's wild-card playoff game versus the Detroit Lions.

Sherman, 28, sat out his weekly press conference for the second consecutive week following a Dec. 20 press conference in which he threatened to ruin the career of 710 ESPN Seattle radio host Jim Moore and seattlepi.com columnist Jim Moore.

When approached by a group of reporters in the locker room on Wednesday, Sherman said he wasn't speaking to local media because, "You pissed me off." Sherman said he would speak with ESPN's Ed Werder because the two had a "good rapport" and that he would release information through social media.
